Returning & exchanging online orders

Follow the steps below:
- Enter the email address and order number associated with your order
- Select the item you would like to return
- Create a shipping label or arrange the return shipment yourself
- Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and name
- Drop off your parcel with a carrier of your choice
Refunds are issued for returns made within 30 days of delivery, to the original payment method, for the amount originally paid.

Return Process
- Enter the email address and postal code used for the delivery address
- Select the item you would like to return
- Choose between an exchange (free return label) or a refund (return shipping costs are at your own expense)
- Create and print your shipping label directly through the portal
- Include the packing slip or a note with your order number and name
- Drop off your parcel with a carrier near you
Exchange or Refund
Exchange
Receive your new item within 1 to 3 business days. A free return label is provided.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. If you choose a refund only, return shipping costs will be deducted.
